Who is the program for?
The communities that the Bridge to Hope program represents are parents and guardians living with chronic debilitating disabilities and illness and their children.
What are the goals and objectives of the program?
The objective of the Bridge to Hope Program is to empower and support parents and guardians who live with chronic conditions and disabilities.
How do participants benefit from the program?
Adults who go through this program receive a number of supportive services ranging from receiving bi-weekly produce boxes delivered straight to their doorsteps to receiving referrals for needs that they present to us, and wellness content that they can access through Your Special Day’s Youtube channel. They also receive further emotional support via our CRM section of the program.

We are currently seeking families living in the following cities: South Los Angeles, Watts, Compton, Inglewood, Gardena, Hawthorne, Huntington Park, and South Gate, California.
